Project: Loading system for Singapore Post Distribution Centre.

Challenge: The centre handles an average of 600 million letters and parcels per year. An efficient loading system is crucial to ensure easy access and expedite the loading and unloading process.

Solution: The loading system supplied comprised 41 units of MHE Blue Giant dock levelers, four units of MHE Blue Giant scissor lifts and three bay loading conveyors. The hydraulic dock leveler system, which came with a single push button for the deck and the lip, was easy to operate. The controls were also conveniently located beside the dock equipment.
