Project: Facilitating a number of processes for Mercedes Benz production assembly.

Challenge: An efficient system was required to enhance the production assembly.

Solution: MHE-Demag provided the KBK material handling system to enhance the production process of efficiently conveying the chasis to the spot welding station. The system constructed from modular components provided the flexibility of endless possibilities to tailor for the most demanding manufacturing and material handling requirement. Basic elements of the system included special cold-rolled straight or curved track sections supported by accessories such as track switches for slightly more complex processes.
