Being close to our customers and ensuring a fast response time is a key part of what we offer our customers!
Therefore, we have established factories, sales offices and service depots close to our customers. We are able to deliver equipment, after sales service and spare-parts quickly and in a local language in all the countries that we operate in. Furthermore, our sales offices and service depots are spread out geographically to ensure fast response times. Spare parts are stocked locally and whilst 90% of wear and tear parts are stocked in each country, we can also quickly ship a part from a neighbouring country by a few clicks in our SAP system.
Group Management (Management Board)
The MHE-Demag group of companies operates in 11 countries and consists of 20 legal entities. The Group Management is responsible for the overall operation of the group.
Regional competence
About 60 out of our total number of staff are working in the regional organisation. The regional organisation supports all country organisations with knowledge, specialised resources, marketing support, process knowledge and advanced design. The regional operation allows us to be strong and competent in smaller markets as well and in product lines where each national market is too small to sustain cutting edge expertise.
