Geared Motor
Our explosion-proof geared motors are certified to ATEX 94/9/EC and ISO 9001 to guarantee outstanding safety, reliability and long service lives. We use components based on the modular principle, comprising of an Ex-AF offset and Ex-W angular gearbox as standard, as well as tailored solutions to meet your specific requirements. Our explosion geared motors are designed based on Ex d (flameproof enclosure) having type of protection: II 2G Ex d IIB T4 (standard), II 2G Ex d IIC T4 (Special), II 2D Td A21 IP66 T135 (DUST). We offer a wide range of geared motors with various housing designs, flange or footed mounted type, with the following standard features:

Wheel Block
Our Ex-DRS and Ex-RNE/RAE wheel block systems are certified to ATEX: II 2GD Ex c IIB T4 up to IIC T5 for use in hazardous area zones 1 and 2. Our wheel blocks offer outstanding benefits and solutions with minimum maintenance, suited for a wide variety of applications. Our products offer particularly high performance with spheroidal graphite cast iron wheels which are far superior to conventional steel travel wheels. The self-lubricating effect of the wheel material reduces friction and provides high resistance to wear. We offer wheel blocks with a minimum wheel diameter of 125 mm, and up to 630 mm, with a capacity up to 60 tons/wheel and a travelling speed of up to 60 m/min.
