Riding the Boom of the Singapore Property Market

The recent surge in demand for residential properties certainly came at the right time for this particular property developer.
 
Riding on the crest of this housing boom, the customer has ordered 3 cranes for its
factory: one 6.3 t, one 10 t and one 16 t.
 
The customer has heard of MHE Demag Singapore’s reputation but had not considered us until we sold them a lift table. When purchasing the lift table they encountered frontline staff, members of the project team and back of office support. This positive experience encouraged them to purchase MHE-Demag cranes.
 
The customer mentioned that even though that we were not the cheapest, our value proposition won the bid. This was enhanced after a visit to our production, warehouse and service departments.
 
Our sales staff were able to articulate what they believed the solution would be and convince the customer that buying a crane is only one component of the acquisition process. The after sales and spare parts availability are just as important.
